2. What information we collect

We collect only what you give us, plus minimal technical data needed to operate the site:

• Contact information you provide — name, email address, phone number, property location, and any details you include about your gate project when you fill out our contact form, call us, email us, or text us.
• Service records — past work performed at your property, equipment installed, warranty status, and scheduled appointments, kept for as long as you remain a customer.
• Website usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics like pages visited and approximate region, used to improve the site.

We do not ask for, store, or process payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us only to:

• Respond to quote requests and questions.
• Schedule and confirm site visits, installations, and service calls.
• Send you status updates about work in progress at your property.
• Send you administrative messages — invoices, warranty information, service reminders.
• Maintain accurate service records for warranty and follow-up work.
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

4. SMS / Text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, Access Controls, Ltd. may send you text messages relating to:

• Quote follow-up — confirming we received your request, scheduling a site visit, sharing the written quote.
• Appointment scheduling and reminders — confirming dates, sending reminders, rescheduling.
• Service-call status updates — "tech is on the way," "job complete," and similar operational messages.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

No sale or sharing of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by Access Controls, Ltd. are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have asked us to send (for example, our SMS provider Twilio), and only for that purpose.

5. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we rely on to operate — for example, our website host, our email provider, our SMS gateway (Twilio), and our accounting and scheduling software. These providers are contractually limited to using the information only to perform services for us.
• Law enforcement or regulators — when we are legally required to do so.
• Successor entities — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, your information may transfer with the business.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep customer records (contact information, service history, warranty information) for as long as you are an active customer and for a reasonable period afterward — typically seven years — to support warranty claims, service follow-up, and tax and legal compliance. Quote requests that don't become active jobs are deleted after 24 months unless you ask us to keep them on file.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Stop sending you marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or contact us).
• Stop sending you SMS messages (reply STOP to any message, or contact us).

8. Cookies and analytics

Our services are intended for adult property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
